Interior, Trim & Electrical
The part of the build you actually sit in.
Full interior redesigns in Smoke Customs Nappa leather, plus upholstery, infotainment, custom lighting and auto electrical — all trimmed and wired in-house.
Interior, Trim & Electrical
An interior gets touched every time the car is used, so it is the least forgiving part of a build. Retrims are cut and stitched in-house in Smoke Customs Nappa leather — seats, door cards, headliners, dashboards and consoles — with quilting, perforation and contrast stitching specified with you.
The electrical side runs through the same workshop: infotainment integration, custom interior and exterior lighting, and auto electrical work that is loomed and terminated properly rather than spliced in behind the dash. OEM+ upgrades add the factory options your vehicle never left the line with.

How it runs
Every job follows the same seven stages.
However large or small the scope, the sequence does not change — which is what keeps timelines realistic and quality consistent.
- Stage 01
Discovery
We start with your goals for the vehicle, the budget, and what the build has to live with day to day.
- Stage 02
Design
Concept and specification — what gets made, what gets sourced, and how it integrates with the car.
- Stage 03
Fabrication
Moulding, composite work and metalwork produced in-house to the agreed design.
- Stage 04
Paint
Preparation, colour and finish applied in a controlled environment.
- Stage 05
Assembly
Bodywork, electrical, interior and trim brought together into one vehicle.
- Stage 06
Testing
Fitment, function and finish checked before anything is signed off.
- Stage 07
Delivery

FAQ
Interiors & Tech questions.
Either. Some customers want seats only, others hand over the whole cabin — seats, door cards, headliner, dash and console — so everything matches in hide, grain and stitch.
That is the integration work. We fit the head unit and wire it into the vehicle so the existing controls, cameras and audio continue to function rather than being abandoned.
We loom and terminate to a standard that can be traced and serviced later. No scotch locks, no guesswork for the next person who opens the dash.
A full cabin is typically a few weeks — the hides have to be selected, the panels stripped and patterned, then everything cut, stitched and refitted. Seats only is considerably quicker. The car is stripped for most of that period, so plan around not having it.
Any electrical modification can give a manufacturer grounds to decline a related claim, which is why the work has to be done in a way that is traceable and reversible. We loom and terminate properly rather than splicing into factory harnesses, and we will tell you plainly where a modification carries warranty risk.
